GARY OI can’t give a good review on this location. We got there at 4:00 and it closes at 4:30. The person that does the U-Haul checkout was not there and the person who was said just leave the keys and it will be done in the morning. When I asked questions he was rude and kept watching a tv. I used the mobile return the truck which worked okay and then received an email receipt in the morning. So it was returned without a problem. I see the reviews are better than i had so I imagine the regular day person was more friendly. I would probably try to catch the other person if I were to use them again.

SEADHASSAN MCharged for services that were not legit. We put gas in but they charged us for more. Never saw anyone at drop off, they were closed and saw additional charges next day.
BARTHOLOMEW BVery nice people, good customer service. We rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer. There was not manual or electric jack system so it had to be lifted by hand. Was not impressed by this. Both myself and husband have back issues and having to lift the trailer by hand was not good for us. I would not recommend renting a trailer from uhaul to anyone! The least uhaul can do is provide a dollie to handle the trailer. Anything is better than having to handle by hand.
David CThe door lock on the driver side door was broken...the key would not open the door.... The seat belt would not retract when disengaging the belt .... The driver side door had to be slammed shut for it to properly close.... The roll up door had not been lubricated in a long time....very sticky... Poorly maintained vehicle....

jonathan BThe service was amazing. Very nice people. However the vehicle that I rented was another story. The steering wheel instead of being straight when driving (say at 12oclock position) was needing to be held towards the right (about 2oclock position) in order to drive straight. If I held it straight it would drive right into incoming traffic. The drivers door skin was not attached therefore the door would not close properly. Too many safety hazards to be a safe vehicle. Should definitely be replaced asap.
SHARI MI would rather deal with this location than the 2 in Newmarket. Close to where I reside. I would definitely use this location again. Hassle free.

HARIKLIA PComment has nothing to do with location. When ordering online, didn’t show or I didn’t notice that original location didn’t have the right truck, almost missed the whole moving couch to Ottawa. System shouldn’t let complete the order if there’s no truck!

MELODY WLady there was good, but the other gentleman was not the nicest to deal with. I was more frustrated with the system as I had to drive further to actually get a truck which added to my mileage.

Tino MOnly accepts credit card payments… No tap… No debit… No cash… Very inconvenient payment methods… Was not told this upon my reservation that I would have to only pay with the credit card because this location hasn’t been updated in over five years… Lady was telling me her machine has been broken for three years… Why isn’t it fixed? we are in Canada Ontario, we accept cash debit and credit card as payments, for a business to not accept two payment methods, is pretty pathetic
