BARRY DThe lady asked if I had a cart or blankets and I said that they were in the truck when I picked it up but I didn’t use them. She mentioned that the pickup location didn’t do their job properly. I brought the cart and blankets to her. In the end I was sent a charge for gas as mentioned above. I assume that she was doing her job based on the information provided and that the problem was with the pickup location Bruiser.
