Brake fluid container was found empty 1/2 through my trip - I’m pretty sure it was not verified by the site (no signs of a recent leak). Luckily I was not towing a heavy load.

Shayne WPenny was a great help for us as we are going through a very difficult time and she did everything possible to accommodate us Much appreciation
Daniel PTruck was very stinky. Was warned to sweep out back of truck or be charge a "hefty fine" I was asked to completely redo the entire registration process I did on the app when I arrived. The lady there told me that the internet makes the world too complicated. It was supposed to be a mobile pick up. Had to give her my driver's license again, credit card, I had to write the name of a reference in a random notebook. It was overall very archaic, dated and generally would not go back there. Very annoying.
Cristoforo RPenny was amazing. I hadn’t seen this type of trailer hook up and Penny came out went over everything with me. I will never go to any other place for my U-Haul needs. Thanks DC Marine / U-Haul.
