Jeanne BIt is winter season and the van didn’t have snow tires. No snow brush provided to clean windshield Gasoline too expensive. The van had no signs anywhere to indicate to put gasoline and not diesel. Very expensive to rent a cargo van

Dawna RIt’s a bit of a process to rent a vehicle, though that’s not on the part of the dealer we interacted with. Can be a bit pricey too, but we had no issues with the place we rented from.

Eric DOnline system would not work at check in or pick up. Wasted over 45 minutes of our time. Would not recommend anyone goes to this location. The man at DC baseline was extremely rude to your uhaul customers and the online system had errors connecting at this location. I have used uhual a few times, never had an issue. This experience would be enough to send your customers elsewhere.

Terry OAccept debit card as payment . Make your customers feel important instead of asking for 2 people as assurance. I do not own a cell phone or have access to email when not at home. I was instructed to take photos of any damage how to I do this . I will never use uhaul again
David MWe were extremely dissatisfied with our UHaul experience. I had booked a 26’ truck 3 months in advance from my local dealer (5 minutes away). Ended up with a 15’ truck which I had to pick up from 45 minutes away. This caused us to have to make 2 trips!

I booked a uhaul 15' truck 3 weeks ago for sat April 1. 2 days before my booking I was called by your cs team saying I had to drive to a further location and a 10' truck was all they had. I took it knowing i would not find another truck in 2 days time. The 10'truck was not big enough to move everything and my move out day was completely ruined causing immense stress to myself and the people moving in. This is unacceptable and I would like a refund., I will never use uhaul again

Dave HVery disapoint of the whole experience. I was guaranteed to have a pick up in Mississauga and I had to drive 2 hrs to pick up the truck. Same with trailer guaranteed to pick up in Mississauga and I had to drive to Brampton. Not organised and missing information for both pickup. They kept on calling me. The whole experience was bad. The only person that worked well to help me and efficient is Kylee. She was amazing! Uhaul was not a good experience .

Joshua GUhaul as a whole is a joke of a company. They do nothing to help you. Only the individual locations are who I would recommend. Uhaul, nope. Price gouging, no equipement that was booked 6 weeks in advance.

Janet MIn the process of dropping of the truck at this location I told the lady that I hadn’t put gas’s in the vehicle yet.A heads up as to how much I needed to put in the tank would have been helpful.I put in 190 dollars worth of gas which I told the lady when I got back to DC Marine I had put in that much and now she tells me that I only needed to put in half.Now she tells me.So I put in at least 100 dollars that I didn’t need to put in.Something needs to be done about this,she informed me that I was out of luck,what kind of customer service is that?
Muriel MPick up of the vehicle was greatly hindered by having a location requiring the Internet, that had a very weak signal. Much driving to other locations to get at least two bar signal strength, and then your representative says we have to be at the location. You should know better.
