Don’t use this location. They didn’t know how to do it and you can’t understand what they are saying. They would not look at or take my reservation number. The guy was on the phone when we picked up and when we returned it he was playing chess with someone. Worst experience ever!
JANET YOvercharged for equipment that was returned the same day. Received a call from customer service asking about it equipment when clearly it was returned the same day again. Which means the equipment was not checked in on time or/and properly.
