How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Uhaul portal that the gas station employee used did not work to pick up and the Uhaul app did not close my reservation when I dropped off the trailer on time. Had to make several calls to complete and close the reservation.
Brycen FIf the location is open, there should be someone there who knows how the return process works. I don’t want someone simply saying I need to handle the procedure online! I’m not the most proficient person on the web, I could have used some help!
Kenneth FGreat help SAM. Thanks!
OMEKA FDon’t use this location. They didn’t know how to do it and you can’t understand what they are saying. They would not look at or take my reservation number. The guy was on the phone when we picked up and when we returned it he was playing chess with someone. Worst experience ever!
