The running lights quit working at some point during the trip, the hour of the trip in darkness I only had turn signals and brake lights in Sacramento traffic

MICHAEL SWas closed at 2pm on a Saturday. Was charged 2 dollars for going slightly over in miles after returning it to a uhaul preferred location 30 miles away from my final location.
TRAVIS LThe spring broke in the trailer and punctured the tire. We had a two hour delay on our last leg of our 2200 mile trip. It couldn't be fixed. We had to unload and drive the car the balance of the trip. The stress was unnerving. I think we should get our money back!

MITCHELL SThe staff was very accommodating. First, website was not working for reservations and I called and they took care of it. Then when I got there early, they took care of me right away. Finally, when the Uhaul trailer lights were not working, they switched me out to what was available and did not charge me the extra for the larger trailer. Great customer service! I will only use this location.
DERRIC JOur transaction was flawless and our move went great. The only thing I would change to improve someone's experience with uhaul would be......a step up on the driver's side for us shorties to get ourselves into the seat.

CHRISTOPHER RU-Haul may want to provide the customer a computer generated checkout list of everything being rented. I was fortunate to not drive far before checking the back of the truck to verify it contained a refrigerator dolly. It did not! Everything else about my experience with U-Haul was exceptional

BRUCE DThe vehicle looks great, but that’s where it stops. This truck needs serious work. It runs awfully it runs, but not well. The Bluetooth setting kept disconnecting on its own. The shocks and whatever or it was just horrible. It was a really rough ride even with an empty truck to pick up my stuff. It hesitates like crazy when you’re accelerating even gently. And the brakes were spongy.
