Thomas Mdude in the office was an asshole, made it seem like a huge inconvenience that my return wasn’t on his schedule and he didn’t know where he could put the returned trailer. seems like a “you” problem bro. asked “how good are you at backing up a trailer” and chastised myself and my partner when we said we likely couldn’t back it up into the spot that he’d selected. “Well how’d you get here?” bro we don’t put ourselves in situations that require maneuvering a 90 degree turn of the trailer between power lines and other equipment. perhaps focus on educating franchise staff on the value of customer service and taking unexpected returns with a bit of grace.
