How U-Haul Reviews WorkTo start the app crashed so I wasn’t able to access my vehicle until 45 mins past my start time. Then once I was able to access the code to get the keys to the vehicle, the keys in my box were to the wrong vehicle and the location I was renting from wasn’t open yet so I didn’t have anyone to help. Upon dropping the vehicle off I was struggling because the odometer was not correct due to me being a different vehicle that I was supposed to be in. Luckily I was dropping off the vehicle to the same spot and the attendant in the location was able to get my account situated.
