Uhaul changed the pick up location on me the same .morning after confirming a 4pm pick up in Corvallis Oregon and they called that morning during my root canal and On my way back home from that appointment I frantically made phone calls to the location in Albany, the schedulers for the area, and my church and uhaul was absolutely no help at all and no flexibility and I had to pay someone one hundred dollars to take me the other city to pick it up when I don't have my own vehicle and uhaul offered me more mileage and days, neither of which I needed and a 20 dollars discount which still left me 80 dollars in the whole. All uhaul workers because there system or something are really slow processing everything and really wasted my time as well.

Stacie PSigned up online for a saturday pick up 250 miles from my house, when i called to move up puck up time they said there was no toy hauler at that location, was redirected to different location, trailer was there but straps i bought were at other location, minor hassle, but trailer worked great!
