You could make the system to returning the truck easier. It's not any locations fault so I don't blame this location. I appreciate their signs and warnings because no one told me how difficult after hours return would be. It is so easy to send out an auto email during the process with a link to return or steps. I guess this is how u haul steals from their customers. Also tried charging me another 200 after sending me a receipt saying I own nothing. I have used u haul for many years and it just keeps getting worse. At this rate I may as well just buy a truck.

DAVID BI tried to like this location and the veteran who runs the shop. Too many negative events occurred to justify the pure negligence by this location. First Uhaul trailer I received did not have a working blinked. He made the right decision and put me in a different model. Approximately half a mile down the road I quickly realized something was wrong with the trailer as it was violently vibrating my vehicle. Having a lot of experience towing trailers, I turned around and expressed my concerns for the safety of the equipment. The gentlemen didn't inspect anything and said it was normal, not attempting to ensure his equipment was working properly. I made it 18 miles where I pulled over and had roadside assistance inspect the tires. Both tires were massively misbalanced causing a large lump to form which the mechanic said could have led to a horrible accident. Both tires on the trailer were changed and 6 hours later I was off and running. Don't rent from this guy unless you have no other plans for the day.
JORDAN MI am a 64 year old Lady. There were probably 8 trucks in a row and the guy gave me the 6th one in and it was parked so tight in there that I had to get in on passenger side and crawl across. The drivers side mirror was 2 inches from the next truck. I was handling an appliance dolly also, so it would have been nice if he had given me the first truck in the row - totally INCONSIDERATE. He also told me to repark it there when I brought it back - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I had to wait to check in because he was jacking his jaws about the banking industry and credit cards to the people in front of me and would not shut up, wasting both of our time. When I brought the truck back, nobody was in the office, no note, nothing. So I waited. He rushed in after about 5 minutes and told me to just leave the keys on the desk and he would check the truck in. I tried to tell him I was not comfortable reparking it and he snapped at me "MAAM, I AM WORKING ON A TRAILER, JUST LEAVE THE KEYS". What an asshole. I will never come there again nor will I ever recommend this location.

He came off very rude said he didn’t know how I was getting it as he has no cash and I would probably receive a check he had me write my name address on a piece of scrap paper that hopefully he didn’t lose or or forget what it was for or possibly thrown away would definitely not be going back to this location in the future no would I recommend anyone

DAVID MI've never had such a clean truck! While it was impossible to get the office on the phone in order to clear up times, however, I was able to go there in person and the gentleman was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend to others if they find they need to rent from UHaul.

DONALD NThe seatbelt adjuster was broken on the truck. I notified the employee, and he told me he would dead-line it when I returned it. Like why not then. That was a safety issue. I rented a truck with pickup and drop-off locations in two different cities. I went to drop it off, but was told I had to return it to where I picked it up. I was informed that, although I had set the truck to be dropped off in a different city in the app, the location incorrectly placed me in an in-town only vehicle. So I was responsible for returning it to the pick-up location. It was the worst experience I had with U-Haul hands down.

Paul NThis whole rental day has been a joke. Starting with Briana in Corvallis telling us the reciever was included in rental. Tell her our pick up and drop off locations and she sets the rental right. She was nice. Then get to Albany to be told recievers are not included and we have to buy. Annoying but not a huge deal right coulda been a misunderstanding. Then on the way home a very RUDE lady named Samantha calls us to tell us we cannot return to where we want/where the contract states and we would have to take it an hour atleast out of our way. We went back and fourth for a min but I ultimately told her this was something we felt you guys should have looked into before renting us your equipment to which she cold and rudely responded with a laugh and a "well im sure you would like to think so but its not". Which absolutely was a ridiculous response and I hope you record calls so you can listen to it. Honestly I hope we're never in a situation to need a rental again.
