Everything went well..
There was a smell coming from the a/c when you cut it on had to ride with the windows open. Also they did not hook the Transporter up to the truck had to do it myself which caused me to leave there late and return late

Thanks to the area supervisor and Danny's for making it possible to rent the truck even tho the internet was down.
I signed up to use the 24/7 service, however when I got there, there were no keys in the lockbox. This prevented me from getting the truck and loading the truck that night and had to rearrange my plans for that night and the next day. Very big inconvenience. I was offered a $31 discount, but that did not help me having to rearrange my whole schedule.
Nice folks; but be prepared to: 1) Wait, 2) Smell like a cigarette, & 3) Get charges for insurance even though you specified "none" in the reservation & wasn't asked otherwise.
One of the mechanics was there on a Sunday as we were using uhaulgo app and helped to direct us to the drop off location and welcome us to Laurinburg.
Every time I need U-Haul equipment, Bill assists me. He is very efficient and professional. I highly recommend using Danny's for U-Haul equipment, especially because of Bill.

Did not have an appliance dolly when I got there. Reseverd everything almost two weeks in advance and called and confirmed the day before, he could've told me that he didn't have the dolly then. Instead I picked up the truck on the day of the move and found out then that I didn't have a dolly. Otherwise everything was fine.
Bill is a good guy. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
The truck needs maintenance. Steering seems to have slack. I felt like I was heading it on the road. And the tires are very bouncy.
This rental was on the last week of September. My card was not charged and I did not receive an email receipt until the last week of December. A three month delay in something so simple is not acceptable, especially to people working on a budget.
Very friendly and told me everything I needed to know.
I was told by uhaul one price then in Laurinburg I was charged a different price
