Well, let’s see the location is pretty good enough to find had a hard time getting my keys to get the vehicle to get started. Even the guy inside the store didn’t know how to get it to Work and he kept telling you the kiosk thing there’s no thing to scan. Upon picking the truck up, there’s only a quarter of a tank of gas in it. There’s a light flashing it and the tire is needing air. The transmission shift is really hard so it needs a little TLC. When I return the truck, I was charged $40 for gas. I don’t think that’s fair. I had a quarter of a tank in it when I got it I put $10 in it to put it back at a quarter of a tank for me having to turn it on and start it and ready to get the odometer reading and the other light flashing for the tire needing air is very hard to do. I only drove at 40 miles so there’s no way I use $40 worth of gas to travel 40 miles

Every time I drop my truck off at this location I get hit with some type of extra fees. They nickle and dime me to death. Nobody there helps you they simply say leave the key in the box. I'm actually getting really sick of u-haul. I use them all the time but now I think it's time to switch trucking rental companies

Your location SUCKS, no one there to help you and the app would not let me get the keys and no codes for lock boxes. reserved dolly and NO one there and no equipment. Had to call multiple times for assistance. Close that location !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truck was infested with roaches. Mobile pick up and drop off service was very slow and had to restart the process multiple times.
