The location was home to approximately 30 feral cats. The smell of ammonia was overwhelming. Cat feces and vomit all over the floor. The woman that was there was not prepared for my reservation at all. The man who was told to bring the truck around had nothing to say but f-bomb after f-bomb. The truck was filthy and smelled awful. Then they told me the price changed from $39 to over $130 - insane! i needed the truck for about an hour to move furniture. I returned the truck to the Gandy location which is always on point.Kimberly J.

Help me out by detaching the trailer. I told him about we couldn't run during the nighttime Because of the night lights of the trailer wasn't working. He told me that he gets many like that! He said that he never let anything go out that way.Mark H.

Brakes were shot on the truck I rented. Office smelled like cat urine and there were cats all over the place. Inside and out. I was so worried about checking out condition of truck and the fuel level that I didnt verify the mileage. They got me for 50 miles but it never happened. I used less than 7 gallons of gas and that was because I didnt know how to turn off the tow/haul light. I take ownership for not taking a pic of the odometer but the mileage was wrong at the start. They removed equipment that was on the reservation without contacting us to let us know or even leaving notes on the reservation so we knew ahead if time. The truck was in mediocre shape and we had to spend almost 45 minutes of our 4 hour window picking up the vehicle and trying to find out where the equipment was. The equipment that was removed from the order was visible inside their locked building so we don't understand why it was removed from the order. We will not be using them or recommending them ever again.Michael S.

I had an appointment to pickup at 9:15. Worker was late coming to work so this delayed my pickup. Worker very courteous and helped attach trailer to my hitch. This location needs a thorough cleaning, the amount of cats indoors is concerning. The smell of unkept litter was overpowering.Courtney W.

The lady that checked us in was really sweet and helpful but our reservation was all screwed up and it took her over 45 minutes to correct. It was not her fault but the process should be more efficient on the booking site. My husbands name was entered wrong and we had requested 3 total days but it was defaulting back to one day. I had issues but it's not related to this location but from U-Haul itself, like the app installation and getting it worked because they never sent me a code and again I have to call to get a code and took almost hours to pick up because they wanted to do more verification on me when I'm waiting in the hot sun along with my wife. This locations only issue was someone parked in the middle and I went to return only to see not enough place to park and had to squeeze between the other truck and grass. P.s. I had a mobile pickup where I didn't have to see any associate in person as they were closed but still completed my business without hassle.raja D.

Had to call U-Haul to bypass. 45 min after my scheduled pick up I was finally on the road. After-hours drop off process is unclear for trailers. Everything is gated (closed up) and return area is not clearly marked. I left the trailer hitched to a uhaul truck that had been returned so it wouldn't be an easy target for theft. Hope that worked! Also I was charged an overage for three days even though I returned my trailer a day earlier than proposed in the original contract. Not sure how easy this will be to get straightened out.Prescott T.

At least 8-12 cats are maintained at the location, which could easily be described as a dump! The truck was dirty and smelly with obvious damage. The driver's door handle was broken. If time allowed, I would have walked away the instant that I arrived. Overall, this place is a threat to the Uhaul brand.Sheryl B.

The employee/owners would not let me drop of the truck at their location even though I have a had a contract with your organization. They were rude and not very helpful at all. There were no issues at all with the location or the equipment. The online pickup was terrible though. It took nearly 25 minutes to get the keys to the truck. The app didn't work and pictures that were required to be submitted wouldn't load. The rep I was chatting with asked for a picture of my DL that I had already uploaded and then it took about 15 minutes to verify my identity once everything was there. This was advertised as an easy and fast method of pickup and it was anything but that. I definitely wouldn't do that again.Danielle D.

The use your mobile to pickup truck is the most horrific experience I had with UHaul on Saturday 10-5-19. I was scheduled to pickup truck at 8:30. I didn't leave picking up truck until 9:30 which I had movers scheduled for 9am for 2 hours through Moving Help. Due to me being 40 mins late getting the truck to the movers I lost that 40 mins of the 2 hours but the movers were excellent. I called customer service before doing this mobile pickup to see how it worked and the rep made it seem like it would be 5 mins and that's it. I put in all my information for check-in but didn't know you had to be approved so once I put in all information it stayed on the same screen getting approved for 20 mins so meanwhile I decide to call customer service and stay on hold for 30 mins and once a rep picked up and I explained the screen she was like Hmmm I don't know what's going on let me get you over to troubleshoot which I stayed on hold another 10-15 mins and then I explained again and she was such an unconcerned representative and when I said oh wait looks like the approval is going through now once I finished explaining and she was like ok so what's the reason for your call I wanted to scream but held my composure and said please stay on phone until I have the keys in my hand. She did but she wasn't the friendliest while waiting. Never again will I do the mobile to pickup truck. I'd rather deal with a live person to pickup truck before using the so call convenient use your mobile to pickup.Shasta N.

The pick up location told me that 24/7 share is only after hours and that U-Haul has a glitch mind you I've used already plenty of times so I know how it works but she insisted even after I was fully completed and giving the truck number thru the app she still made me wait 30 to get me the truck for no apparent reason specially since I was starring at the truck the app says was reserved me honestly felt very mistreated and discriminated againstMeyker R.
