It was a little sketchy and had three cats in the office and it smelled like it.

The inside of the truck was clean. However, the truck itself was all scratched up. This location is NOT a 24/7 truck share location. The site wouldn't let me get through the process of getting the truck. So, I had to go in. The lady there who does the U-Haul contracts didn't get there until after 9am. While she was friendly, that doesn't make it okay that the truck was not available when I was told it would be. It was actually still blocked in and locked behind the gate. I was told that they were not informe that I was doing a 24/7 truck share pick up.

I was left in the Mountains of Dalton Ga with No tow with fire to trailer for a long time. I had no service from 3:45 pm to 11:00 pm with a baby 6 months , grandson 5yrs: and a passenger with Lupus and chronic illness , wife , daughter .

The location was closed and mostly fence with no clear sign to the front since it look like a multi-used facility and your web app where I can go to report that the vehicle/ trailer have being drop off didn’t work. No one the next day send a text or message to inform that they received the item. Besides that I will used U-Haul again

It took 30 minutes for the approval process to gain access to the key for my U-Haul. I was very dissatisfied with this as I had movers waiting for me that I was paying by the hour. Just know, you need to make at least 30 minutes of time to be able to gain access to your truck. It will not be ready for pick-up at the time you selected.

When I called to let them know I was running behind schedule for drop off, I was told that they were expecting the auto transport that evening and that I just need to drop it off on the grass in front of the business even though they would be closed. When I picked up the trailer in fort Myers I was told if I didn't get to Tampa by 5 pm it was alright to just return the trailer the following morning.

VERYVERY RUDE, and charged me 13.50 for what? Returned with more gas then when picked up and cleaned the truck my self. 13.50 for what shits and giggles I hate u guys.

The lot was to small to get the truck into safely. There were a ton of cats running around and the staff was more concerned about the cats then anything else. They took the keys and said I good. Later I was charged $22 for something that nobody knows why.

Teach your employees how to properly attach a vehicle to the tow dolly. They did not correctly attach the tire harness and caused me to almost loose my van.

The place looked like it was abandoned. I had no idea what to do until I texted a number and was told to do everything online, even though I already did everything online to expedite my check out process. I wasted an extra 40 minutes (with movers waiting at my house) figuring this whole process out. It was terrible.

We used the U-serve service, but was 1hr late for pick up so we encountered problems at the beginning, but after speaking with a uhaul representative, our issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Please note, if you are more than 45mins late for pick up with u-serve, your reservation Will be suspended/canceled.

The location was hard to find and the address numbers are opposite to the flow of traffic. The business office is unkept and cats walking around everywhere. Lastly, being honest and straight forward with customers are characteristics of a good business, I will not use or refer anyone to this location in the future,

The location is filthy with multiple cats running around. We returned the rental on 5/30/2018 with fuel. A few days later we received an email stating that the truck was never returned. The next day we went to the drop off location for clarification. We were told by Laura that the truck had been received and they had rented the truck out 2 or 3 times since we returned it. A couple of days after that we received a receipt with multiple charges. We contacted Darrels garage via phone and we were told that we never returned the truck, which is why we were charged fees. Darrel, Laura, and the regional manager John were extremely rude to us. John stated that we must have given the truck to a friend. John also told my wife that she needed to "let her husband handle it because she obviously didnt know the facts." No one has been willing or able to rectify this issue and we are greatly dissatisfied. We will never rent from uhaul again we will advise our friends and loved ones to do the same so that they can avoid issues such as this. We have rented multiple uhauls and rental cars in the past with no problems. When we went to the drop off location on 6/7/18 for additional clarification, Laura yelled at us and slammed her fists i her desks telling us that we were lying about returning the truck. As I tried to explain the truth, Darrel asked us to leave his business and he said we needed to take things up with uhaul. Another person in the estsblishment had to hold Darrel back because he proceeded to charge at us! They have video cameras inside to prove this (although the cameras dont show Laura's desk). We have never experienced such terrible customer service in our lives. We will be making calls, writing letters, and seeking further guidance in this matter because it is absolutely unacceptable.
