First of all this Location is Mobile only at the moment. Not know on the web site, since it says it is a garage so I choose in person check in. So I had to figure it out and call for assistance. Which U-Haul rep had to change it in the system. The after I didn’t have an issue. Second thing since I ordered blankets never received any which I do really know if I was charged. On the estimated invoice I was charged.

JOSHUA HThe rated the location average because it's a self service location and it not really clear how it works . For an individual who may not be technically savory it's a lot to figure out but the client service 800 number were amazing and extremely helpful.
