We picked up our trailer, the man didn't hook it up to truck, or off explanation on how to hook up the trailer. Then, we were already in Kentucky, they call us and say we aren't supposed to have that trailer, and it hasent been paid for?! So they rush to charge us and send out a rental agreement. Then they put the wrong drop off location, so hopefully we don't get charged for taking it somewhere else. Horrible experienceâ€¦Michelle H.

Be on time! Professional movers are paid by the hour. I was told I could pick up the truck ANYTIME BETWEEN 8am - 9:30am because this location opens at 8am, but that if I arrived AFTER 9:30am the truck could be released to someone else. Based on those discussions (with two Uhaul reps prior)...I arrived at 8:15am and the location OWNER sat in his Cadillac car in the parking lot of his building that clearly said OPEN 8am-5pm and told me that I had to wait until 9:30am to pick up my truck rental that was sitting right in front of us. He then proceeded to enter his building with his keys around 9:15am and then send someone over to my car at 9:20am to tell me I could enter his building. The check out process then took 45 minutes!!! He said Uhaul was having system issues (even though I chose the mobile check out option online when renting the truck). Arrived at 8:15am and didn't leave that place until 10am. With movers on the clock the entire time getting paid to just wait for Uhaul with me. It was a horrible, costly and stressful experience!Latrice J.
