Scary area and even though the business was open, they insisted we use tge UHaul app to access tge truck. The app is slow, inconvenient, and froze while trying to add a second driver - just kept looping to endure info was correct when it came straight off my license barcode! It took 25 mins in the parking lot to complete and only with the help of a chat bot. I will never rent from uhaul again via the app!!! Only rent from actual open stores.

Highly wouldn’t recommend this location. Poor communication and attitude in regard to pick the up. This location needs to stay an auto spot and not a U-haul, this is a poor reflection of the company and is not up to par to and baseline standard.

Nita KOnly person at location wouldn’t or couldn’t speak loud enough for me to hear him, and provided me no paperwork. I returned the U-Haul with how munch gas it had in it when I picked it up, but nothing I was provided indicated that amount was correct so I was operating on hopes and dreams.
