The pickup instructions were unclear. Granted, the location was closed since it was Sunday but something as simple as a picture of the lock would have been helpful to getting the key. The truck did not brake well, and the steering shook significantly while braking. The truck felt unsafe at times to drive.

I was told from U-Haul I was receiving a 50$ credit, none of that was added to the receipt after I said something to the dealer in person, they also told me it was an extra dollar per mile over 40 and they charged me for all the mileage.
