Guy wasn’t there when we arrived. After I called UHaul’s help line and they called him to come give me the key, he told dispatch and said he was helping another customer when he clearly wasn’t. Then he mouthed off to me about me not being there at 10a sharp for pickup (I arrived at 10:15a from 2.5 hrs away) so he left.
