Ok was nice pricing but didn't seem to care that I washed the truck while I had it was full of bugs cleaned it as a courtesy so when I returned it I literally was barely 5 mins late and was charged another full day with bringing it back with more gas then when I got it so getting charged whole another day really when it's money I.coukd of used for something else.and really need the money with things being tight so no matter what you do they don't care if u have extra gas in it or clean it or if ur 5 min late ofthe time of. Return

Making sure the vehicle is clean and safe. The one I had rented had small bits of glass all over. The sun visor had glass all over it. I had to get the small slivers of glass out of my fingers. Not good

This was not the location I selected. I was forced to drive to Ocala, FL to pick up the U-Haul despite having a reservation that was confirmed in The Villages, FL.

Check the brakes and power steering. Brakes were a little soft, power steering might be on its way out. Truck was old and high mileage but considering that, it was very good. And the rental lady was very nice.

Very small and hard to park a 26ft truck

The mobile check in did not work and we had to wait in phone for 58 mins at 12am in a dark area. Truck had 1/8th tank of gas.. and was filthy and blankets just thrown unfolded. Poor … worst rental ever and I’ve rented a lot and have storage with you!
