Charges were added to my reservation that I didn’t choose by the person signing me in. He logged into his computer to finalize my rental. Then my return location was also changed by him without my consent. Wasn’t too happy having to call to try to fix the issues. This is the first time I have had an issue with a nail rental.
NIRAJ SBox floor was dirty. Rest of the truck was clean.
ADAM GTook much too long to get the electronic paperwirk completed. Then they did not know the xode for the lock box to get the key. He was a very nice gentleman, but just took too long to get the application completed.
Roemary IExtremely hard to find, no addresses, nowhere does it say Dave's Auto. Very hard for people from out of town. Once we found it, the process was very smooth.
