The app works very poorly, I had to login a couple of times to get the checkout process. Plus before I even get the keys I'm supposed to take photos of a truck that's parked in a very tight spot where I can't fit to take a picture of the back. Fix your app please.

Liliana RNot really set up to handle a pickup. Run out of an auto shop, limited parking, hard to navigate out of the alley. Friendly service, but odd location.
NATHAN TAlthough I did have to change my pick up location, I was given a little discount to make up for the mileage. Also, when I disputed my start mileage, which I took a picture of, but couldn’t load into the app, it was corrected with no problem. Very helpful employees.
Mark MI reserved at the Belmont location they called and asked if I could pick up at another location mo one told me it was remote pick up. App did not work and I was delayed over an hour tying to get truck
