How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere needs to be clearer instructions provided for this location as there is no uhaul counter to go to for help. The only option was to use the app (not made clear beforehand) and the app process was quite involved (it wanted a passport or lease and things like that which I did not have on me and did not know I would be needing). The location itself is confusing. There are uhaul trucks parked along the side of the alley and customers are just supposed to figure it out from there. When I returned it the alley was occupied so it was unclear what to do. A gentleman who seemed to work in the neighboring mechanics garage helped me out but it was unclear he was the person I was supposed to talk to. From this experience I would not recommend any uhaul site that did not have staff on site and an actual physical office location (barring a major overhaul to the sign in process)
Michael WDrop off people at location were kind!
Melissa ZFurniture dolly half broken. Truck gas tank seal completely broken. Gassing up took several minutes for an eighth of a tank at a time.
Eric NThe key was not available, and I wasn't clear that I needed to register in order to get a code.
