Adriana YThis location is not well lit, and if you’re planning to return at night, arrange for someone to be there with you. It gets really dark and it’s located in an alleyway. Independent of the location, the Uhaul app to return the truck did not load my reservation. I had to return the truck the next morning, to avoid an additional fee. The UHC of San Francisco kept changing my reservation. Honestly, don’t use Uhaul’s online tools, you’ll just get directed to the regional traffic office, and then, your reservation will be updated as to the type of truck your renting, where to pick up/dropoff and if you call them, it is as if you’re bothering them. Awful customer service

Erin GThe app works very poorly, I had to login a couple of times to get the checkout process. Plus before I even get the keys I'm supposed to take photos of a truck that's parked in a very tight spot where I can't fit to take a picture of the back. Fix your app please.
