Original location did not have our reservation, nobody present on property or available to answer the phone. Had to drive 30 minutes away to this location to get trailer. The gentleman was very nice, however didn't have the furniture pads that I reserved. I had to call uhaul to ask for help and was told they would send me a gift certificate to my email to get the pads at a third location. I never received the certificate so I had to call uhaul back. At this time the lady stated she couldn't send the certificate again so she verbally gave me the certificate number. When I arrived at the third location to get the pads, the certificate number did not work because it didn't cover the amount we had reserved and a hold placed on our credit card. I had to call uhaul again and this time the representative said she didn't really know what to tell me. Luckily the lady at this location made a nite on the order that I would be taking a dozen pads and returning them back on date of return. Two days later we had to drive out of the way again to return the trailer, even though we were told we wouldn't have to originally, and I had to return the pads back to a different location where I got those from. The experience was a hassle, frustrating and at this point I am extremely dissatisfied with our experience with uhaul.debbie W.

The owners were very rude and racist to me and my kids even said the woman who rented me uhaul in cuthbert Georgia prior week should be shot it was a sad experience and I need to speak to someone asap please call me at 2293760369RHONDA H.

I had to go out of my way to get to this great service after being let down earlier that morning by another U-Haul service center in Albany . The service here was great , accomodating and efficient . I was waited on by Mrs Janice McConnell and she was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. She gave me great and fast service with a smile . She took care of me after I had been let down from the previous U-Haul experience . And when I got ready to leave her husband Mr. McConnell had pulled up the truck , had it warm and ready to go for me. All Uhaul Centers should be as inviting. WAY TO GO!!!PAMELA M.

The vehicle needs maintenance. The drivers and passengers doors are hard to close and have to be slammed. The manager of this location was great. She definitely is a positive asset for U-Haul and understands customer relations very well and lives by it.Franklin E.

.99 per mile is extremely high. You all can drop the mileage rate down some to make it a better experience.Broderick C.
I am very disappointed with the whole uhaul reservations online. I spoke to several different representatives and needed to pay in advance since parents were picking the truck up on the way to my place. I pre paid (found out my parents had to pay the taxes when they picked up the truck) and then the appliance dolly was not on the reservation. I had spoken with a representative the day before to verify that it was and she assured me that It was on the reservation. I am satisfied with the help from people at the actual locations but VERY unsatisfied with the way everything was handled through the reservation line.Glenn W.

Please make sure you check your gas and mileage before you leave the site. Once I arrived at my destination my mileage was wrong which showed I went over 167 miles. Their mistake almost cost me an extra $111.00 which I was not pleased with.Shanae D.

my original pick-up was in Albany, Ga and when I arrived they did not have the reserved trailor. I feel they should have notified me as they had all my info. They were not too helpful. I would not recc them.TOM S. M.
After the owners contacted me to let me know that I supposedly did not return the truck with the correct fuel level I was highly upset. After speaking to him I told him that i did return the truck with the appropriate fuel level he stated that he would not bet the person accruing the charges. He would not listen to me when I stated that I had. After he found out that he was the one mistaken he gave me a half-hearted apology. I would not reccomend his services to another customer. I feel that the location in Dawson, Ga should undergo extensive customer service training. I will not use UHaul again because of this incident.RAVEN T.
Truck needed some minor and major maintenance. Ramp on back came completely out a few times and fell on the ground. Batteries were almost dead from the time that I picked up the truck making it hard to crank the truck on every occasion. Ramp lock on left side of car carrier kept sticking making it hazardous to fingers when trying to push ramps back in slot. No appliance dollies to rent. The economy gauge did not work. Although none of this is this dealer's fault. The dealer was GREAT and a pleasure to do business with.ELLETTE J.
