(One minor thing to mention, I recently rented a truck {again}. Upon entering, I was met with a STRONG smell of spicy food. I thought the prior user ate in the truck. I left both window slightly open that night to eliminate the odor. This helped. During my trip, I found a half-eaten slice of pizza under the driver’s seat. My suggestion/request: please check each vehicle thoroughly after each customer’s use.

Robert NFirst off this is a car/ junk storage area. Only saw one or two trailers belonging to uHaul at the compound. Dropped trailer off Friday and one gentleman out in the yard directed me to park the trailer. The next day I came the business was closed, Saturday, unbeknownst to me and dropped off truck that morning. Being that no one there I had resorted to the online check in/return and what infuriated me was the “convenience fee” of $20.00 was being charged regardless, to use the online check in to return the truck. Well not my problem that the premise happens to be closed on Saturday and I have to return the equipment on the weekend. This is wrong on all levels to charge a “convenience fee” for what. That should be waived and charged to the business as being closed. Anyways all went well to trip from Texas to Georgia. Except the returning was ridiculous and the charges for “convenience” fee and the location was questionable.
