Guy was friendly, but somehow added in insurance I never wanted. I even made the reservation online without insurance.

I ordered an appliance dolly and a utility dolly, I received none with my order. The guy that helped me said sorry we don't have them. Even though I ordered them with the truck a week in advance, an above all this they charged me $34 dollars for them anyway, when the guy that helped me said they would NOT be a charge. Then when returning another guy (kid) was on his phone I was standing at the counter for over 4 mins before he even acknowledged me. I will never be using this service again. Horrible from start to finish. I gave 1 star because they don't go lower and wouldn't let me finish this survey without choosing one.

Please train staff appropriately on releasing equipment. I was told we stole equipment and needed to bring it back, after already loaded. Regional manager called me the next day and it was sorted out, but it delayed the start of the trip, unsure if we would get pulled over, over this.

The car hauler that was there was in disrepair and the ratchet straps were very rusty. The person at the location had me drive the car on to the car hauler. He did not know how to use the ratchet strap. I showed him how it worked and then he proceeded to put the straps on the wheels. We were towing 700 miles that day. 200 miles into the drive the strap came off of one of the wheels and the second strap was coming off. I stopped three different times trying to put them on right but had no success. Keep in mind this was extremely dangerous situation on the side of a highway. Also, the only thing that was keeping the car on the trailer was those straps. I finally stopped and took 20 minutes to rework the straps and figured out they were not on the wheels correctly and the ratchets just did not want to engage. Finally got it resolved. Got home and took car off the trailer and found out there were two chains one front and one back to further secure the load. Something like a car hauler should ONLY be rented through the U-Haul full service center so that someone that knows what they are doing insures the load is correctly loaded. It was a extremely challenging traffic day with lots of wrecks and very long delays with uneven road services. We were extraordinary fortune that nothing really bad happened given the car was not properly secured to the trailer with the chains.

Need to let customers know that there are NO blankets included in the rental. My poor furniture was so beat up. I would have bought some type of protection for my furniture had i known.

The trailer was clean.. but we had an issue with the surge brakes…and it rained the night we got home and didn’t have a chance to empty it all the way.. front drivers corner in the roof had a leak and got some of our boxes wet that were up front..
