Again, as my trip could not get any worse the original drop off location was in a horrible neighborhood and closed. All the gates were locked and I could not properly park the truck. I had to leave and call you guys to get transferred to this location. It was fine, however pitch black outside which could be a safety concern. To top it off I had to call and complain because you guys charged me extra for the miles. I also received the truck with an 8th tank of gas but apparently the lady reported it had a quarter tank. I returned it as found and was charged for the gas. Thankfully I took pictures from when I picked it up and called customer service who refunded the money. Won't be using you guys again.

April SI was sch’d to get my rental at Jerry’s out by Ft Myers Bch, they “forgot” to leave the truck out for me. I called U-Haul and was directed to another location 3 miles away. It was at a Shell gas station. I wish I got the gentleman’s name that helped me bc he was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. I returned it later with no issues.
Roxanne MThe location was great - the UHaul process was TERRIBLE - none of our equipment we reserved was included upon pick up. The truck wasn't released by UHaul to be taken. Our location pickup was changed twice to not have everything we needed. We had to go to the Disribution center where my original pickup reservation was scheduled, to go an get equipment. The Manager there was terrible at de-escalation and was condescending from the beginning - when I called him on it he got defensive. Terrible experience overall. Daybreak was great though - he was super helpful. UHaul needs work.
