I originally made my reservation for the location in Saint Carlos Park. However, the day before my pick up, I received a text relocating my pick up to this location. Unfortunately, this location was 12 miles away from my house. I called around to see if there was a closer one with the size of truck that I needed, but there wasn’t. I was very disappointed. However, this location was very friendly and very easy.

Christine FI have rented from the u haul location on 41 and colonial. Neither treat you with respect. The one on gladiolus has customer service on point. I recommend the other 2 big locations spend time training here to learn how to treat customers correctly
