it took over 45 minutes to check in. self check in didn’t work and the representative didn’t do anything to me me get out of there any earlier.

The box truck had some steering issues and it had some braking issues but nothing very concerning besides that the location was good and everything else was amazing
SUKHRAJ SThe staff at the location was rude when I called to confirm pick up and not helpful when I arrived. There was no communication about the process of having to do everything online yourself. When I asked for help I was given a phone number to call instead and told they cannot help me. There was no communication about the payment method being only credit card. At other locations there is options for debit as well(which I always use). If I didn’t have a credit card I would have not been able to pick up the truck. The truck was provided to me very dirty and with a very foul odour. I had to buy an air freshener to place in the cabin just to able to drive it during my rental. I also lined the cabin with newspaper so that my belongings would not touch the floor. I was told there were no other trucks that could be used so I could take the truck or cancel my reservation. After using uHaul for several years, I was very disappointed with this experience and hope to NEVER use this location in Brampton again. Truly disappointed!!!
ALICIA BI booked a truck and 4 moving dolies. I had to wait in the hotel lobby until someone came to the front to process my order. Only 1 dolly was available and they had to go find it somewhere in the building, I had to go to two different uhaul location to get the additional 3 dollies. The first didn't have any available. Also, the gas gauge reading was inaccurate in my paperwork, I had to come back into the hotel lobby to have it adjusted.
ROBERT LThe person working there was very rude and unprofessional. They also lied to me. The vehicle was left on empty. She told me if I filled it with more gas the I started with I would be refunded the difference. She scammed me so I would fill it with gas. I will never use this service again
JACOB HI had truck booked at 230 got the truck at 445pm waited so long cause someone was late. Man that worked there was no help and was rude. Got truck was blankets laying on ground and bird seed all over them. Thankfully I only needed truck to move some boxes.

SCOTT BHad originally booked 15' truck. However they changed to 26' truck. The lady at counter was very rude and not cooperating. Finally we got 10' Truck, the condition of which was deteriorated.
Chamodu ALadies on call were so rude, unprofessional. They definitely need new staff with etiquettes. I don’t know names, otherwise i have MENTIONED here.
PAWANDEEP KIt is very expensive, and I was charged $125 in addition to a reservation fee of $49. Their pricing is unfair, and they need to provide better explanations of their processes. I would never recommend this to anyone.
RAYMOND ABack of the truck was dirty with news paper and dirty blankets. I didn’t want blankets. I felt like I was doing everything for the uhaul employee. Gas level was not where it was supposed to be. Bad experience

Krzysztof JI have been using Uhaul since I haven been in canada and I only use uhaul trucks for rentals but now it's is very expensive I will not use uhaul anymore I drove only 50 km I had to pay $186 and fuel is on top of it.i will go for other options after now.
MUHAMMAD IPoor customer service, no proper instruction to find the truck. Parking lot was not clean and it was icy. I ended falling and I went back in to tell them that I fell and I need help to find the truck, she then told me that the number is on the top front of the truck, no concern for the injuries i sustained on their property. I have never experienced this before. Same poor service when I returned the truck, the staff acts like your bothering them if you ask a question. Train your staff to actually provide customer service.
ABENA DImprove your customer service and choose dealers wisely and give them proper training about how to guide your customers. Because they clearly lack it specifically the one at this location.

EDISON HWe would need an assistance to help us when checking out the vehicle and checking in back.
WINSTON SI got delayed because the first 2 vehicles, given to me,had a check engine warning. They could have first inspected the vehicles and made sure they are in working order before giving it to the customer. The vehicle had the lock missing to secure the rear door and I was not given a replacement lock by the people working there. I had to buy a new lock just for this, so that the doors don't open suddenly on the highway. the cabin smelled like cigarettes. The brakes on the vehicle were not working properly. The website/app for checking in and out needs to be improved, had to repeat processes quite a few times before it worked. Paying 500 dollars I would expect better service and equipment.
SUSHEEL PI booked and ordered the cart to move my furniture in my rental but they didn’t provide and didn’t even informed me earlier if they didn’t have and simply said we don’t have it which made it very hard to manage at the point

Paul ZI had the U-Haul for exactly 2hrs and drove it 30km total. I was charged $157 even though my estimated charge was only suppose to be $112. As per my inspection, the gas was incorrectly noted, I corrected it prior to taking the vehicle and took a photo, they charged me for not putting back the gas that was recorded incorrectly to begin with even though I said it was recorded incorrectly. Scammer’s!
TASHA JYou can make the check-in and check-out totally remote or totally in-person. This is ridiculous that i went to front desk and then representative will tell me do everything online and they can not do anything at all.

DAVID LAsk your mechanic to check the vehicles properly. Weather conditions of North American specially Canada is unpredictable . Rain water was coming from the window. Breaks was not up to the mark. Floor was filthy. Ramp was not ready to come out. Back shutter was hard to push up and push down. UHaul need to keep an eye on maintenance department. Customers pay you hefty amount. Market is very competitive. Over all your brand is very big. Thanks

Denzil AI didn’t have any problem with the U-Haul but the agent at the location they were worst. They didn’t even tried to help us. They wasted my more than a half an hour on just doing well online reservation, which I was not able to because they put the wrong timing. Awful they said at the location they don’t have a network for the Rogers or Fido and when I tried to ask them for a Wi-Fi password, they said we cannot give you go outside. Do your reservation and come inside. They need to learn about customer service Thanks
