My pickup location was changed 24hrs prior but customer service was super good and they credited me 50 as my reservation was guaranteed. Pickup location staff also was very helpful.pleasent experience

This was an awful experience with this location and U Haul. I was ripped for fuel charges costs whereas I clicked pictures before and after to prove it but no one responded to the request. One too many things went down the hill on this booking. The contract was send on my email 3 hrs after the drop off. How on earth does it makes sense to send contract 3hrs after the drop off? The u haul representative never came to check the odometer and fuel level while handing me over the vehicle . After repeated attempts to talk to someone @ u haul I couldn't get hold of anyone and to make the matter worse I have been getting messages to pay the remainder by 7th Jan else there would be $30 late fee. This is U Haul at its worse I have never had such a depressing experience at any business. I would never recommend anyone to book a rental from U Haul


Make sure back of truck is clean and maybe make the trucks full on full so when returning the truck easier to measure how much to put in.

The dolly was not in the van and I demand a refund. On top of that, the website didn't let me register and I had to use somebody's phone to make it work. Really poor service.

Ordered fabric protectors but there were none. Truck was dirty, had to sweep it to be able to utilize it.


Mobile pickup makes for an easy transaction. No waiting in line or unnecessary hold ups.


Fuel marking was not correct. It says full but it wasn't. Marking should be accurate.

Fuel wasn't full when we got U-Haul and contracts shown it full so I asked at reception, she told its okay we need to bring it back to same level. Now when we came for return , it's exactly 0.1 percent less than what ever was there but they charged us $15 extra saying it was full

I paid them for 50kms(31 miles) before check in. But after check out they charged me extra for 34 miles instead of 34kms. I don't know how to settle this.

The truck was not clean (muddy and had an odour), and it had garbage that I had to remove. I had to lay down a liner to protect my cargo. I suggest thoroughly cleaning the truck prior to renting it


i phoned u-haul for a dolly to be added to my rental when i pick up truck was tolled they did not rent dollys had to pay 21,00 at home depot would like to get $11.00 back

When I got there to pick they refuse the truck as say you have to call head office when open . I had to go head office and they told me there's note that previousl rental equipment was not return on time. I told them saw me proof as I had not rented in last six years. That was not late it was only for 4 hrs. I think uhaul had this note against my ,me they should refuse my booking 5 wks ago when booked not day at pick up and screwed me up

I reserved a 20' truck, furniture cart and one dozen furniture pads to be picked up at 411 Main St in Brampton. I received a call advising that the equipment I reserved would be available at this location, 260 Queen St E. This location had the truck but did not have the cart or pads. I had to attend 411 Main St for the cart and pads, only to find that the location did not have a cart available to me. I had to purchase a cart from that location and rent the pads which I was told had to be returned to the same location. The clerk attempted to charge me $22 to rent one dozen pads that are listed online as $10 per dozen. The truck I rented had the check engine light on. A mechanic at 411 Main checked the truck and said it was good to go after he cleaned the truck out. I suspect he only reset the codes on the truck because before I left Brampton with the truck fully loaded the light came on again. All-in-all while having to drive to different locations in an unsuccessful attempt to get the equipment I reserved I lost over one hour of moving time with people at the residence waiting for the truck to arrive. When I was finished with the vehicle, the 411 Main St location was closed. I returned the truck to 260 Queen St along with the pads. The clerk at that location was to make a note on the file that the pads were returned. As of the time I write this review I have not seen a reconciliation of the account from 411 Main St N. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in renting a vehicle from your company. It added a whole new level of stress to an already stressful situation and added at least an hour to my day. As a result, although I had the vehicle back before the due time, I was unable to get the truck back to the rental location by the time I had anticipated. I would appreciate hearing from someone to resolve the issue of the account at 411 Main St being reconciled. The contract number for the truck rental was 28866322. Wort experience ever with uhaul. I booked truck online for morning at 9.30 am and I have to leave my apartment before the new tenants came in. I got a call at 5.30 pm prior to my pick up. Lady called and told me that they don't have availability of truck before 6.30 pm. I was very surprised that what's the point of booking truck at the convenient time. I can understand that you can delay for an hour or two but I got truck after 8 hrs of my original booked time. My whole moving was messed up. Girl was over the phone was very rude and extremely unprofessional, she even changed my pickup location. Thanks for giving me a lesson.
