I was disappointed with my pickup experience. The staff member assisting me was not helpful at all and spent most of the time on a personal video call. The call was also very loud, which made the pickup process uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and attention during the pickup. Hopefully, management can address this so customers receive a more professional and respectful experience in the future.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkU haul itself was a shit. I got a call 1 hr before my pickup that truck is not available and they charge me for dolly but didn’t give me any dolly as there was dolly on this location.
Sarthak MI’m not happy. I was overcharged. This is pure stealing. I will not go to that location again
Donald EThe counter staff was very helpful in resolving challenges with our reservation when we picked up the equipment in the morning, unfortunately I do not have his name.
