I dont want to suggest anything all I know that i chose pickup and drop pff at same location and while picking got to know that i have to drop off at different location in another city and got charge over extra. No one told us that it will be extra charges.

the staff at location was very rude and not professional
Prabhjot SCustomer service is good but they have limited access. Took me a long time just to get the rental and the same with returning. The invoice makes no sense and I believe I was over charged. Never will use U-Haul again. Thank goodness for different rental companies
Monika LMake sure to mention clearly that you will charge double per mileage on weekends stop fooling people. This will be my last time doing business with uhaul. When I did my reservation charges were shown $1.07/mi but when I returned 10’ moving ven they charged me $2.07/mi.
