She also had the other man that was helping to come out and attach the trailer to the hitch. I had not done this in a long time so I wanted to make sure it was done properly. Bev CGreat service. Efficient. The only downside is that it required buying an adapter to hook up the trailer to our truck which has a stander trailer electrical socket. Given that our equipment is standard, renting this adapter or having one available would have been more optimal.

Tomas LThe person helping me had no idea how to hook up a trailer. The hitch was seized, the exterior was muddy, the interior was muddy, a hinge on the door was broken so the door wouldn’t seal properly and all my stuff got wet. I am not impressed at all.

Kristy DNobody was preset that knew what to do to receive the trailer the next morning. Basically just parked it by the other U-Haul equipment and left. Had to contact the pickup location to confirm the trailer was dropped off. Again the pickup location staff was very helpful in confirming the trailer was received,

Lindsey Li noticed after i returned the trailer that i have a cleaning fee. i just returned your trailer what exactly looks like when i got it from fasgas in esterhazy. theres a yellow mat on the floor. i didnt take it out. because it also helps. the trailer is slippery. make sure to have your customers know first what will you charge them and make a walk through together with the customer on your trailer so they wont be surprised with the charges.

Jacobo HUhaul employee at location had left for the day at 3pm even though we were told the location was open until 5pm. Employee charged us for an additional $50 in fuel the following day even though the truck was returned with the same amount of fuel as when we picked it up. When I emailed the proof photos of the picked up level and dropped off level he did not respond to my email requesting a refund. There was no answer. Not a positive or professional experience with this location. After paying over $6000 for this rental I would have expected better customer service.
PAUL BIt's great this location keeps an auto transport for in town/ return use only. Gerald made my transaction smoothly and painless. They were easy going when my scheduled return was delayed. Highly recommended!

Joseph LReally glad we have Uhaul in our town. Been through a few owners. Surprised that I was charged the optional insurance on my final bill when I declined it online and also in person. Didn’t sign a thing to authorize that. . I was charged over $100 for a $30 - 24 hour trailer rental. Least of my concerns during the big move but those on a budget should ask more questions during booking.

THAD MAs usual with U-Haul a bad experience. I honestly don’t think we’ve ever had a good customer experience with this company, and honestly I don’t think U-Haul care. This experience was extra “ Special “ . Despite booking our truck for 2 days and returning it earlier we were still charged a late return fee. They always find a way to charge you extra for something. This particular U-Haul location leaves the gas station attendant in charge of returns. When we questioned the late return fee we were charged he proceeded to rant and hurl abuse at us. We were unable to have a civilized conversation with him. We had to hang up the phone, and he was still ranting. What company actually lets people like this be the face of their business ??? Honestly, you have to ask that question. My advice is just to really look around for another truck rental company. Better to pay more than deal with this business.

Richard WPretty smooth transaction dropping the vehicle off. All went well except I left my phone in the truck. Went back about a half hour later and they also asked if the gloves and toque they found were mine ... they were not. So, their cleaning and checking of vehicles was quite a bit better than the place I picked it up from as they found items left by persons who rented the vehicle before me.
