The location was hard to get to and the reception was also hard to notice.

Jeffrey AThis location was NOT good. The owner was not professional and locked our car in. He refused to take responsibility for not telling me the correct time to bring back the U-Haul. This was my first time using U-Haul and it was not good. The truck itself was great. But I would not recommend this location to anyone. The location was not safe, very poorly managed, and the owner was very rude. Customer service was a god send. I was able to use the roadside assistance number for help. Eventually a stranger came to my rescue to unlock the gate because he happened to know the code.

Gary SThis rental location made me fearful for my life, seriously. There were absolutely no signs saying u-haul anywhere and the location had lots of garbage, homeless people, everything was run down or looked stolen. Very unsafe area. If I wouldn’t have had a male with me, I would never have gotten out of my vehicle. The staff was very helpful and friendly tho.

Miguel SThe location was not easily accessible. The office looked like it had never been cleaned and was honestly wondering if I was at a legitimate business. The gentlemen at the desk was short and even when I booked an appliance dolly he told me when he brought the truck around that I had to go pick it up somewhere else because they didn't have it. Was really glad to use the vehicle and bring it back and be done with that transaction. I will not be going back to that location ever again.

Travis SThe location was hard to locate, they were late. I was told they would be there at 8 am, no one arrived until 8:30, then they said they don't open until 9 am?? It was a very dirty location that I would not want to go to without my husband.
Gregory MI selected a pickup time for 8a, owner wasn't on site until 830a and didn't have the truck ready to go. I didn't leave with the truck until about 8:50.

Daulton NThe truck itself is in bad shape. The brakes are very spongy. Which typically means there's air in the system or/and the brake shoes are bad. The ignition key switch is difficult to turn. Battery needs inspection. The truck had almost no gas when I picked it up. How does someone expect to find a gas station immediately after they leave? The location has no Dropbox for keys.
