The location was not clean, but the owner or manage that I spoke with was very helpful and the return process was simple.

There was none at the location, but that did not make the drop off difficult. This location could use more cleaning and tidy ups.

mark aThe attendant was the mechanic and was the only one there. He told me it would save me $20 if i checked the truck in myself. There was very little signage so it was not clear that it was the right place.

The gentleman working was nice enough but didn't ask to look at my receipt or anything and then he calls me after I had left and said I needed to bring it to New Bedford (which was not the case, my receipt from newport clearly stated I was dropping it off in Mattapoisett.)

Aaron GIt was hard for me to find the correct spot to drop the key — this could be more clear by having the drop slot labeled for “Uhaul keys” or having the drop slot near the lock boxes to pick up keys.

When we arrived to pick up our guaranteed box truck, we were told they over booked and sent us to Mattapoisett with no instructions on how to get the truck when no one was there. It took 2.5 hours to get the truck. Never again.

Ernest ILocation was closed both Saturday and Sunday. No one available to discuss drop off time. Limited info posted at the facility. No company signage. Do not feel I should have to pay for an extra day when the location was closed and there were no personnel to discuss drop off and no one answering the phone.

ed tThe vehicle should be clean and it should be fueled up so the new client would know exactly how much to put in the tank when returning the vehicle. There was a broken tie up strapping on the drivers side in the cargo area witch meant i couldn’t tie anything to it to secure it. Finally I was concerned as I was asked to download my driving license twice.
Michael PI had to stand in a puddle to attach the trailer to my hitch. Would have been great if the trailer was parked 5' left or right of the puddle.

Clement DI signed up for a one way trip to Allston. Drop off near my location wasn’t done at the time of rental (and it should have been). I was told to call an 800 number once I was ready to return it. When finished I went to the nearest u-haul location which was 1/2 a mile away. Couldn’t be more perfect but they were full and could not take the truck. I had to drive 17 miles out of my way to return the truck. This turned a great experience into a very unacceptable one. Why couldn’t the drop off be set up when I reserved the truck the week before OR when I picked it up? THE REASON BEING. He didn’t CARE This location needs to be retrained on the correct protocol and procedures when renting out trucks

Fred ANo issues with the location, but I booked online, and my truck was not there when I arrived. I had to take a smaller truck which was not ideal, and needed to start the rental process from the beginning. Location, and service from the location was great, but online experience was terrible.

Benjamin MThe drop off location was terrible. Junk and non-running vehicles cluttered the yard. I backed through mud and over pot holes to drop the trailer. No attendent was on premise...I arrived around noon so he might have been at lunch. I called the listed number and was advised the attendent would return in 15 minutes. I stopped later to pick up my receipt.

MICHAEL WNice friendly service. Truck like new and very clean. Only issues as the furniture covers I had ordered were not available. However, service mgr did his best to locate a few for me and threw them in the truck. Overall super nice guy and good experience.
