Customer service is slow, the workers that have he trucks don't know what their doing, the app doesn't work. last minute changes that affected my move. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE ALL AROUND. It started with hyannis location which was horrible and the mattapoisett location wasn't bad they guy just couldn't figure out the online paperwork which caused a delay.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen picking up the vehicle using the app, the portion where you must upload photos of the different views of the truck is a little wonky. When you take a photo, and click to accept it, it does not appear as though a photo has been taken when you get to the next screen. You must click the back arrow to see that it has been accepted by the app, and then click forward again to take a photo of the next angle of the truck. This can be very misleading. I have had this happen a few times, and frankly it always frustrates me because I just forget lol
