Ok location. Upon arrival the guy just ok thank you. I asked him to please look the truck over before I left as well as to check the fuel level. I think this should be a standard however I feel it is not done. If I did not ask him to do this I am not sure if it would have been done at all and or should anything be claimed i had no recourse because I would have been gone by then.

Karan from location... was ignorant to me and acted like didn't want to assist me, or acted like I was doing something wrong... and I was wanting to leave and rent somewhere else... but closest was in other state... due to my original pickup location Already getting messed up due to No keys @ Tillman's in Chester. So regretfully still need to get truck/rental through this miserable place.

I was told i could not take the vehicle unless i provided a lease of where i was staying, and proof of ownership of the home i was moving our families belongings too. I have used uhaul many times over the years, and have never been asked for those things. I was able to call and have the pickup changed to online and eventually got the truck

Contract UHaul pickup location. Had my reserved truck and it was an easy pickup for a one-way trip to Raleigh.

Key/self drop off experience was new. It added another 10 mins which I was not prepared for. A headsup email explaining the process would be super helpful

If the business is not going to be open right away then use the lock box. We were waiting for over 30 mins to get the truck. The movers we paid by hour were waiting for the truck to get there. This location wasted our money and time.
