I was told i could not take the vehicle unless i provided a lease of where i was staying, and proof of ownership of the home i was moving our families belongings too. I have used uhaul many times over the years, and have never been asked for those things. I was able to call and have the pickup changed to online and eventually got the truck

Contract UHaul pickup location. Had my reserved truck and it was an easy pickup for a one-way trip to Raleigh.
Brent BKey/self drop off experience was new. It added another 10 mins which I was not prepared for. A headsup email explaining the process would be super helpful
Nikhil AIf the business is not going to be open right away then use the lock box. We were waiting for over 30 mins to get the truck. The movers we paid by hour were waiting for the truck to get there. This location wasted our money and time.
