I booked online and reserved with 2 dollies. None were there. I was told to go to another location to pick them up. If you offer them, they should be there when I show up for the truck.
Benjamin Seguinthe web check in was a big pain and way too long. then the dolly i rended was not available and i never got a refond for that. there was damage to the vehicle and the web page did not let me put it in and i informed u-haul by phone and email and no one reassured me i would not be charged for the existing vehicle damage

AYMAN KAMELThe service was very good and knowledgeable. It would be nice if there would be a welcoming desk or some indication of were or who to see for rental. Because just some random person working off a laptop over filling desk behind the store counter isn't really professional.
Michel LouisVraiment deçu de ma premiere experience avec U-Haul! On m'a chargé 119$ de frais pour aucune raison et maintenant je dois courir après mon argent. J'ai fait seulement 8 miles avec le camion, je suis allé le chercher a 116234mi et je l'ai ramené a 116242mi. J'ai fait sur de remettre un peu d'essence pour qu'il soit au 1/4 et on me charge quand même 30$+63.90$ de frais d'essence. On ma chargé 25$ de frais de nettoyage mais les choses qui était dedans était la quand je suis venu le chercher. J'ai payé pour 25 miles et j'en ai seulement fait 8 mais il ne m'ont pas rembourser. J'aimerais qu'un gerant me rappelle le plus rapidement possible au 819-592-0275
