Please assign a different person run this neighbourhood location. The person running this location is unprofessional and rude. The person running this location is not nearby to the location, and was not on-site. They were also not contactable easily to have them show up. I was running a touch late, and the individual cancelled my order after being unable to get in touch with me (I was driving). He attempted to berate me for running a little later than he would have liked, and did not relent until I threatened to go with another rental. I do not believe that this individual would have been present at the location, me running late or not. Also, the rental sign-in portal was not functional. I had to privately text the setup photos to the above mentioned individual.

Khalid MI had no problems with the pickup location in itself. What I have significant issue with is that we had to change the pickup location from one city to another at less then 24 hours of notice. This is totally unacceptable. While we were offered more kms for the inconvenience, it still has cost us double the amount for gas. What is the point of making a reservation if U-Haul does not respect the date, time and location? Extremely unprofessional.
