Le camion louÃ© n'avait pas Ã©tÃ© nettoyÃ©, il y avait des poils d'animaux sur les siÃ¨ges, il y avait des gants en latex utilisÃ©s et des mouchoirs souillÃ©s ainsi que des dÃ©chets dans les portes-gobelets du tableau de bord ainsi que des mouchoirs qui semblaient utilisÃ©s insÃ©rÃ©s dans les barres de fixation dans l'espace de chargement Ã l'arriÃ¨re. J'ai du nettoyer et dÃ©sinfecter l'habitacle et les outils de conduite avant d'utiliser le camion.Marjenka T.

I was obligated to pay by credit card therefore I should not ne charged for the administrative fee. I never gave consent nor was I told about it. We were simply asking questions because we completed the file online to save time and had to go through the entire process once more. Despite this, we remained polite. The cabin was very dirty, chips ans muffin packaging on the cabin floor. Cargo area not very clean neither . And they told me 3 times that they charge if it doesn't come back clean â€¦. I wasn't satisfied since I wasn't aware of all the fees that were to be charged:18,50$ for credit card!?!! If I knew there would be a fee, I would of paid cash or debitâ€¦ The truck was making all sorts of noise and made me think it was going to break at any time. Over Build. The vehicle was not at the middle at the beginning (fuel quantity). Me and my friend told that to the employee and he told us that we just have to send the evaluation of the vehicle with the application (link by text message). We did that and now I was stolen by U hault over 45$ for fuel that I did not use.... It's a stolen people, fraud company. Horrible. I will never recommend this company of their store centre to anyone. U Hault stole me money one time... never again. I wrote to the company and they do not reply to me. Drop-off site closes at 15h00 on a Friday. When I called customer service & they directed me to that drop-off I asked what hours they were opened, had a 10 min window as other site ( 3 km further) had already a truck there. My understanding was to not have 2 the same at same site. Well I parked side by side with other truck ( same length). As you state at your call center : Conversations are recorded, replay the conversation with your agent & try to guess which of us is client & employee. Very complicated since the day I did my reservation. A lot of call/mail/text from UHaul saying you were not able to garantee my reservation/location and date. You sent me at a wrong place to pick up my trailer the morning of my reservation. A lot of stress caused by all of my experience. It was the worse ever experience I had for my moving. I booked a 15 foot truck near my location, but they changed my reservation in the last minute by changing my truck size from 15 foot to 20 foot and changed my pick up point to another city with 1 hour driving by car to get there. The customer service is totally poor and useless without caring about my concern and I won't reuse uhaul services at all. Terrible experience ever!!!!Omid Y.

After filling all the information online, I was surprised that I had to provide some again and some more at time of pickup. It made the experience longer, especially since the place is a depaneur and the clerk had to stop to let other customers pay.. all was OK but just made the pickup longer than expected.Michel F.

There was an other rental car just beside and I reserved one truck for 152 tx in for unlimited mileage. When I arrived there, the client didn't bring back the truck that I reserved so I cross the street and rent the same truck at H-Haul rental but I pay 331,29$ tx in .The price is too high and you don't have unlimited mileage.
