Overcrowded parking, not enough staff
Vincent HPas à l'heure, pas le même prix q' indiqué au départ lors de la réservation, ni l'heure de réservation, ni le 20 pied attendu....j'ai un 15 et pour finir pas le même prise en charge! Alors non plus j'avais !

Steve SThe person that served me (Hill) was very plessant and efficient starting with my phone call to reserve, to the pick-up activity to the final closure of the transaction by explaining every detail of cost and what is my responsibility. The truck in question requires some attention though in the general cleanliness of the cab area. I did not mention this concern to Hill but I did mention about the ride quality being a bit bouncy especially on our famous road conditions. I have had better U-Haul trucks in the past with a smoother ride. Other than these to issues I found the consumption fair for a truck this size.

LAURENT SThe service was good, but my main concern was the cleanliness of the vehicule. It's one thing to have a layer of dust in the driver's cabin, but there was a big stain of oil in the middle of the loading section - like unavoidable. I had to lay a big blanket to avoid damaging my items with oil.
Julie MJuste que a l intérieur de la boite il avait une fuite d eau quand il pleuvais il doit avoir une fisure dans le toit du camion car j ai des boites qui étaient mouillées a cause de l infiltration d eau dans la boite.

Michel GLe camion est arrivé avec 20 minutes de retard. Pas beaucoup d'information. Le camion était propre sans plus. La roue arrière droite un problème de frein, que j'ai rapporté au retour.

ARNAUD VProvide a grace distance to your clients before charging them 1.1$ per kilometer on a 20yrs old van. We are not renting air crafts. I also paid 16$ insurance on a truck that I found out to be already with damages on it, left and right.
EBRAHIM SRéservation très facile par internet. Aucun problème chez Harnois pour la réception et le retour du camion. Tout était très simple.
