I picked up the truck around 9:30 and was suppose to turn it back in at 4:30. I seen that I was running behind so I tried calling the office at 3:30 to see if I can keep the truck a little longer and no one answered for an hour and half. Then I get a phone call and text from someone saying they close at 5 and the gates will be locked until Monday and my vehicle was inside. I tried again calling the office number someone had reached out to me on and again no answer. I had to call from different numbers as well as someone call for me before I heard back from anyone. There’s no way you have a business line and never answer it. I will not be using this company again

Doesn’t look like a U-Haul place. No employees present when I pulled up. Office closed. It was Tuesday. It was a considerable distance from where I was moving in Austin so that incurred extra expense. Not the place I originally picked to drop off when I rented the vehicle. Instructions on the pole at the location said to return using the app, which I did not have and the cell signal was weak. Finally a Hispanic gentleman, who looked like he was working in the adjoining garage, came to me and handed me his phone. The man on the phone said it was OK, just give the man the keys and you’re good to go. So I did.

Heavy Access Road construction (6/2026) made it more challenging, but when fixed, this will be Terrific! Excellent, professional, friendly staff.
