Location very difficult and confusing to find. Was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I was able to talk to customer support. Once I finally got connected Bill was very helpful

We dropped the truck off a day early at about 3pm. No staff was present but did receive a return phone call with in 5 minutes regarding drop off procedure. Slightly difficult to find location. Bigger & more signs.
