The pick up location was not a problem. They had done what they were supposed to do. The issue was on the Uhaul side and the ride share not being set up properly. I was on the phone for almost an hour with customer support before she transferred me to ride share which i waited another 20 min to answer. the ride share support solved the problem however it was an hour after i was supposed to have the equipment to start moving. I specifically called two days before to ensure everything was in order and was assured it was and was given instruction on what to do when i got there to pick it up. The problem is it did not work.Robert D.

I tried to drop my equipment off for almost 2 hours and no one responded. When someone from UHAUL did, it was late. I then was charged an extra day even though I dropped it off at the location my contract told me to. They charged me 158 dollars and now I have no money for my move.Payton M.
