This was an easy process. The wonderful lady at the front desk explained how the gate works, and I followed her back to view the unit. Super friendly and courteous, clean unit. Overall very happy.

Heidi W | Overall ExperienceThe general manager, charged my card twice a day everyday while we were executed for a cat 5 hurricane to a tune of 910$ in overdraft fees. She was rude every time we spoke to her, she even charge my card after we cleaned the unit out and paid the balance she is a bad face for your business. We have had a unit acrossed town for 3 years and never had 1 single problem ever. They didn't have the size unit we needed is the only reason we went to this facility, to put it plainly my husband would not let me go there alone in day light.

Denise F | First ImpressionsConflicting information regarding access for family members Air conditioning not functioning correctly and we paid for air conditioned unit Over 2 month period ac not repaired And was told conflicting time for repairs We are out of country at this time And have no way of checking on facility Felt as if we were told info on repairs with a time frame not known , in order to put us off. Suggest say not sure as to when repairs will be done . Be honest. Family members worked in 90 to 100 degrees for a few hours as the heat was unbearable.. Multiple times access was denied as auto pay with our bank did not go through due to fraudulent activity on the card from unknown source and the card was automatically changed and mailed to us but we were not aware of this as we were incommunicado . A lock was placed on our unit so we could not gain access. Communication experience rated poor!
