My reservation was for 10 AM. Was not able to get Uhaul until 2 pm. The worker was not oriented to U-Haul and renting out. He did not finish his orientation to be able to give us a key. Called customer service and was transferred to different phone lines. Different departments at U-Haul. This process went on from 10 AM until 2 PM. We were not able to get to our destination in time because of the delay so we returned the U-Haul on Sat the same day of pick up. We were charged for the full reservation.

Bridget SI was told they it would be $19 dollars plus mileage and taxes and when I go there it was 29 and the person helping me said it could not be changed by him. I needed the truck so I had to pay it.
