The truck is ok for local moving, not at all good for long move. Also there is no ramp to load and unload.

When I arrived at the location I went in the office to ask the receptionist what I needed to do. The office had an overwhelmingly strong odor of weed. She answered my questions, and I went outside to get the key. After checking the back of the uHaul, I realized I didn't have dollies or furniture pads. When I asked the receptionist, she told me they don't have those at that location. It would have been helpful if uHaul would have notified me of that when they changed my pick-up location. I needed those for the trip and was majorly inconvenienced by finding out at the last minute that they were not available.

Jared MThe staff was incredibly rude. Refused to help with anything because I was returning a truck and a tow dolly and they “don’t do anything with tow dolly’s”. It was an awful experience and could have gone completely different if the staff would have had any customer service skills at all. Absolutely terrible.

Whitney BHad to drive with the window down because the rubber on the windshield was torn and was smacking against the window. Truck had a hard time starting. I moved the blankets in the back and now my hands and arms are itching. Now i have to go see a doctor because it might be bed bugs! If it is bed bugs i will be contacting somebody! Not happy with the experience and for $145 for all that trouble wasn’t worth it!

RAYMENT MThe equipment was nice, but I head light can need an upgrade to some led light, this will make for great visibility in night driving for your customers.
KENNETH JI prefer drop off not including doing all the work of taking pictures etc. after a long day of moving. I’m paying lots of money for just 1 day of the rental. (7am-3:39pm) $227 I didn’t drop off after hours. But the lady that assist with drop off wasn’t present to assist us with drop off process.
