The truck is ok for local moving, not at all good for long move. Also there is no ramp to load and unload.
Ashish PWhen I arrived at the location I went in the office to ask the receptionist what I needed to do. The office had an overwhelmingly strong odor of weed. She answered my questions, and I went outside to get the key. After checking the back of the uHaul, I realized I didn't have dollies or furniture pads. When I asked the receptionist, she told me they don't have those at that location. It would have been helpful if uHaul would have notified me of that when they changed my pick-up location. I needed those for the trip and was majorly inconvenienced by finding out at the last minute that they were not available.

Jared MThe staff was incredibly rude. Refused to help with anything because I was returning a truck and a tow dolly and they “don’t do anything with tow dolly’s”. It was an awful experience and could have gone completely different if the staff would have had any customer service skills at all. Absolutely terrible.
