There was a big issue with our reservation. The lady in this location gave our reserved truck to someone else, thinking the person is me! I called the location; she told me to wait by interrupting me and never answered my calls anymore. When contacted by U-Haul, she claimed that I was there when this person was picking up! I then went to the location yesterday, to pick up the truck (U-Haul resolved the issue) but the lady in this location was extremely rude and disrespectful. Worst U-Haul location ever!

Moving dollies not available
Christoph GThe agent at the location was nonchallant and wasn’t really willing to work with us. Actually, she wasn’t even doing her job for that matter!! Luckily the manager came to our rescue (though he wasn’t physically present at the office, he was available over phone — hence the 3 stars instead of 1 star!!). The truck cabin itself was reeking of smoke smell. Also we kept getting messages about one of the tires being out of air (looks like a faulty tire pressure monitor). We had to travel a long distance (over 500 miles) and it drove us anxious and continuously kept us on the edge (especially with the truck fully loaded for the move)!!
SAI SI gave them 4 stars only because they are so new with uhaul that it took a long time to process getting the truck. I’m sure they will get faster. The young lady helping us was very sweet.
Russ PI was told when I made my reservation on the phone that I would get a 10% military discount that would be applied in store because I had to show my ID. The lady didn’t know how to do it and did not try very hard at all to help me out.
