I gave them 4 stars only because they are so new with uhaul that it took a long time to process getting the truck. I’m sure they will get faster. The young lady helping us was very sweet.

I was told when I made my reservation on the phone that I would get a 10% military discount that would be applied in store because I had to show my ID. The lady didn’t know how to do it and did not try very hard at all to help me out.
