jorge aThis location does not have utility dollies so I had to go to a different location to pick up the utility dolly I reserved, which was inconvenient. Also, it closes earlier than other locations in the area, so I had to pick up the truck earlier than planned.

Vincent PI called to inquire about the vehicle I needed and Ceasar helped me over the phone. He was polite and nice over all. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle he was fast and accurate to do the paperwork and had out on the road in no time. When I returned the vehicle there was another gentleman who was also very nice and polite. It was a great experience and this will be my new U-Haul location going forward
Joanny AThe staff was very friendly, check out & check in was handled very professionally. The van we rented for the week was clean and had less then 13k miles on it. The problem was it had a gap in the top of the drivers door jam which caused a lot of noise for the driver and was difficult hearing the passenger talking.

MARK BStore was supposed to be open till 3pm, but was closed at 2:30 when we arrived. No answer when I called the stored number. Had to unhook the trailer myself and leave it in an unsecured area. We waited around till 2:45, and someone came out from somewhere and started moving trucks around. I called out to him 3 times, and he looked at me, but completely ignored me. I believe the guy was the owner that has been complained about a lot in Google reviews. The guy is a complete @$$ hat. Uhaul should not let this moron represent them. He is completely tarnishing the good uhaul name.

Esequiel VI thought the truck was non smoking? When I ran the AC it smelled awful. In fact, I suffered a headache from the smell. You need to replace the cabin air filter!!!!

Brian HPerson in charge was very rude. If he wants people to wait outside the fence he should post a sign. I drove past the gate because all the Uhaul equipment is beyond the gate and he told me it was private property eve though I was clearly pulling Uhaul equipment. He did not have to be an asshole to me. All he hast to do is post a sign. Will not go back.

Freddy GI was charged over $16 for 3 gallons of gas. I only put 21 miles on it total, and went to the gas station right before I dropped the truck off. The man who checked me out told me the gas level was OK. I was surprised when I saw the charge for gas on the receipt.
ALEX SEvery time I've needed to rent a trailer or a moving truck, DeWolfe has always been able to accommodate me. The man behind the counter has always been helpful and always friendly. Today, I worked with an actual U-HAUL representative and wasn't disappointed.

Benjamin PI have rented trucks or vans a few times this year. This was by far the cleanest truck and best experience I’ve had so far. Going forward this will be the location I rent from over all the others.

James Bi was RIP OFF i feel i bought the insurance with the rental i had a minor issue with the rental that is why i bought the insurance now a lady Sam called me that because of that minor issue i have to pay the DEDUCTABLE for the insurance i have never heard that ever that is the reason i bought the insurance at first I THINK IS NOT RIGHT I WAS NEVER TOLD OF ME PAYING THAT DEDUCTABLE IN MY INSURACE SORRY !!! WHAT A RIPPOF

Sherri CI was over charged. I can't get in contact with them.I returned the truck before 10 pm with the dolly and they charged me 100 dollars for it. I put the gas past what I got it with which was over half of a tank they stated it was only a half a tank. I got pictures and times. I need this corrected or I will take legal action

Elizabeth SI rented for one day, 24 hours I was supposed to bring it back at 9 AM the next day tried calling at 930am to tell them I was running late, and ask them if I could bring it back at 12, she said no problem they someone coming to get it at 3pm. I get there at 12 and she said I have to charge you an extra day. when I only had it three extra hours and then at 3pm she charges somebody else for another day I don’t. I don’t think that’s right.
MARK ZI never went there. My unit was delivered and picked up. Every thing went very well and the girl on the phone was extremely nice to deal with. Thank you for a great experience.
