I MADE A RESERVATION WITH THE LANCASTER OFFICE NEAR HOME DEPOT. AFTER A 100 MILE TRIP STEVE TOLD US THERE WAS NO TRUCK AT THIS LOCATION. HE SENT US TO ANOTHER LOCATION 5 MILES AWAY WHICH HE SAID WAS BUDGET. IT WAS NOT BUDGET. EVEN THOUGH I HAD FILLED OUT ALL THE INFORMATION ON LINE, THEY DID NOT HAVE IT. SO WE HAD TO START ALL OVER. THEY SAID THERE WAS NO WAY TO PRINT IT OUT. WOULD I ACCEPT AN EMAIL. WHEN WE GOT TO THE VERY END OF FILLING OUT THE INFORMATION AND PAID FOR IT. ...THEY SAID WE CANCELLED THE RESERVATION.??????WHERE DID THAT COME FROM. HOPEFULLY I WILL NEVER SEE LANCASTER AGAIN OR THAT HORRIBLE LANCASTER U HAUL FACILITY. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A MORE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WHY DON'T YOU SEND YOUR EMPLOYEES TO REDLANDS ALABAMA ST FOR SOME TRAINING.

This location no longer takes uhals and it took 30 m for an employee to pass by and kindly let me know that. Then I went to the U-Haul, at 42925 sierra Hwy where I called, made the transfer and deliver only to get called that I never delivered the truck the following day
JOSE VVehicle was clean, and didn't have a bad smell or anything like other places vehicles have been. Was accessible and the customer service Provided by Maria was excellent. She was friendly and kind and assisted me with the service
EDGAR CManager was very quick and customer service was excellent.
Derrick REnsure that the customer’s reservations are properly setup so they don’t lose time. I lost two hours of my time because the truck was not “assigned” to my reservation.
